The access, navigation and use of the website www.ozolife.es/parafarmacia implies the express and unreserved acceptance of all the terms of these conditions of use, having the same validity and effectiveness as any contract entered into in writing and signed.

Its observance and compliance will be enforceable with respect to any person who accesses, browses or uses the Web. If you do not agree with the exposed terms, do not access, browse or use any page of the website.

2. OBJECT

The purpose of these General Sales Conditions is, on the one hand, to inform potential buyers of the conditions and modalities in which Ozolife proceeds to the sale and delivery of the requested products and, on the other, define the rights and obligations of the parties in the framework of the sale of products by Ozolife to the customer (hereinafter, the "Buyer"). These General Sales Conditions will be applied, without any restriction or reservation, to all sales of products that Ozolife offers through the Website.

Consequently, the fact of placing an order for products offered for sale on the Ozolife website implies for the Buyer full and total acceptance of these Conditions General Sales, whose knowledge prior to placing the order is recognized by the Buyer.

These conditions of use regulate access, navigation and use of the Web www.ozolife.es/parafarmacia, notwithstanding that Ozolife reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Web, as well as the conditions required for its access and/or use. The access and use of the contents of the Web after the entry into force of its modifications or changes imply the acceptance of these.

3. ACCESS AND REGISTRATION.

Access to the contents of the web is completely free, without prejudice to the fact that there may be sections or particular services that require the payment of some economic amount for use and enjoyment , which will in any case be duly informed, and that, in any case, the user must expressly accept if they want to enjoy them.

Access to the Web by minors is prohibited. 4. REMOVE AS A REGISTERED USER

Sale conditions

These general conditions of sale are strictly applied to all sales of products made in Spain including the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla by OZOLIFE GROUP CB, (in forward ¨Ozolife¨) with CIF: E98648959 C/ Botiguers, 3-1-J CP. 46980 "Parque Empresaria Táctica", Paterna/Valencia, for individuals and companies.

Any order made to Ozolife necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the current Ozolife General Conditions of Sale the day the corresponding order is carried out. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by Ozolife. The fact that Ozolife does not resort to any of these conditions at any given time cannot be interpreted nor will it be the same as waiving to resort to them in the future or in the past.
Applicable Law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all the acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.

1. Prices

The sale price, indicated in euros, of the products offered on the Ozolife Website will be the current price at the time the order is placed. The sale price of the products that appears on the Website may be modified at any time by Ozolife, the price that will be applied to the purchase being the one that appears on the screen at the time the Order is placed. This price will be applicable in the framework of distance selling.

The price does not include shipping costs, which will be billed as a supplement to the price of the products purchased. The shipping costs will be indicated before the Buyer registers the Order. The different methods of delivery and shipping are established in section 5.1 of these General Conditions of Sale and will be remembered on the Website; the shipping modalities can be modified at any time by Ozolife. Therefore, Ozolife recommends that buyers periodically consult the General Conditions of Sale that appear on the Website.

Prices will include Value Added Tax (VAT). Any modification of the applicable rate will automatically affect the price of the products that Ozolife sells on the Website.

2. Request

The placing of an Order is equivalent to the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, the stipulations provided in the Legal Notice, as well as declaring that you have read and know the Policy of Privacy and the Cookies Policy, without prejudice to the particular conditions that the Parties may agree.

The Client will have the possibility to check the details of his Order and to correct possible errors.

From the moment the Customer confirms his Order by clicking on the «Confirm and pay» icon (hereinafter, the “Order”), it will be considered that he has knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the Order in question and, specifically, these General Conditions of Sale, the fact that his Order implies an obligation for him payment, prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and delivery times of the products offered for sale and requested by the Client.

Once this phase has been validated and the order has been prepared, the Customer will no longer be able to cancel his Order. The sale will be final (subject to the exercise by the Client of his right of withdrawal under the conditions provided in article 6 of these General Conditions of Sale). The Order will be confirmed by Ozolife by sending an email to the Customer (the "Order confirmation email").

Ozolife recommends the Client to keep the email. The Client is informed that the emails will be sent to the email address that he had provided for identification during the registration process, prior to placing the Order.

On the other hand, Ozolife assumes no responsibility in the event of an error in entering the email address or non-receipt of the Order confirmation email. In these cases, the sale will be final, except in the case of cancellation of the Order by Ozolife, especially in the case of unavailable products. However, the Client may exercise his right of withdrawal under the conditions provided in article 6 of these General Conditions of Sale.

Once the amount of the Order has been collected, an email will be sent, if requested by the Client, with his electronic invoice.

In accordance with applicable regulations, Ozolife reserves the right to refuse or cancel for legitimate reasons any Order in which the number of products or the amount to be paid ( for a single order or for several accumulated orders) or other elements manifest in a way that evidences the development by the Client of an economic activity related to the products requested or, in general, any abnormal Order in accordance with the jurisprudence applicable to the case.

Finally, Ozolife reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution and/or delivery of an Order, regardless of its nature and degree of execution, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of the amounts owed by the Client, in the event of payment incidents or in the event of fraud, completed or attempted, related to the use of the Ozolife Website, including fraud committed with reason for previous Orders.

3. Payment Methods

3.1 Bank cards

The means of payment through which you can buy on the Website are bank card, PayPal and bank transfer. The bank cards accepted on the Ozolife Website are the following: Visa and MasterCard.

All bank card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of the client's payment card denies, or for any reason does not authorize payment in our favor, either before or after a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

3.2 Payment methods

All Orders must be paid in Euros, including all mandatory taxes and duties. Bank costs will be borne, where appropriate, by the Client (including the assumption of reimbursement).

3.3 Security in payment operations

In order to guarantee the security of payments made by bank card, the Client must communicate to Ozolife the visual cryptogram (CVV) that appears on the back of the bank card used by the Client.

In the framework of the fight against fraud on the Internet, the data related to the Client's Order may be communicated to third parties authorized by law or designated by Ozolife, for the sole purpose of verify the identity of the Client, as well as the validity of the Order, the means of payment used and the expected delivery.

Once this check has been completed, Ozolife reserves the right to demand a photocopy of the Customer's identity document and/or any other data relating to the Customer's identity. The Customer has rights conferred by the personal data protection regulations as provided in the Privacy Policy of the U-shop.

Ozolife uses a secure payment tool called “REDSY”. The security of the payment rests on the authentication of the Client and on the confidentiality of all the data. To guarantee this security, the tool uses proven cryptographic techniques and meets the requirements established in the different banking regulations applicable in Spain.

When formulating the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for the purchases made at OZOLIFE GROUP, CB through:
Payment by transfer to the current account specified in the act of the order, once the transfer is made, please send an email or fax for confirmation, the shipment will not be made until payment is confirmed by the bank.

4. Products

The Customer may select one or more products from among the different categories offered by Ozolife on the Website. Notwithstanding the Orders placed by the Customer, Ozolife may at any time modify the assortment of products offered for sale on the Website, especially as a result of restrictions linked to its suppliers.

In accordance with the applicable regulations, the Client will have the possibility, prior to the Order, of knowing on the Ozolife Website the fundamental characteristics of the products that want to purchase.

The products will meet the requirements of current Spanish legislation. Ozolife will not assume any responsibility in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country other than Spain where the product is to be delivered (for example, in the event of a product ban, etc.). It is up to the Customer to verify with the local authorities of the country other than Spain of delivery of the products the applicable limits for the importation and use of the products and services they wish to purchase.

Ozolife will supply the products of the brands and characteristics that appear on the web. In the event that some of the products are out of stock, we will contact the customer via email or by phone offering them alternatives. If none is accepted and the product has already been paid for, the money will be returned immediately.

5. Shipping

The products requested by the Client in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions of Sale may be delivered or collected, at the Client's choice, in the following way:

At the address that the Customer has indicated as the delivery address for the corresponding Order (hereinafter, "Delivery Address"). Ozolife only makes deliveries in Spain including the Balearic Islands.

If the Client of the Order is absent at the address provided at the time of delivery, the transport company will try to deliver the package again the next business day, after having duly informed the recipient of the incident by SMS, email and/or or a notice of arrival in the mailbox.

In the event that the recipient is absent a second time at the address provided during the purchase process, the buyer or recipient of the Order will receive an arrival notice, an email and/or an SMS, informing that their Order will be available for to pick it up within 15 days at the headquarters of the corresponding transport company.

If within 15 days from the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the package will be returned to Ozolife and the money refunded to the Client, through any means of payment, according to Ozolife's choice, return costs previously deducted.

No claim relating to delivery will be accepted when the package appears as delivered, for which purpose the computer system (identification) of the carrier will be reliable.

5.1 Cost of shipping the Order

Orders will have no cost if they are greater than THIRTY-FIVE (€35.00) euros, in case of orders less than that amount, the cost of shipping It will be determined at the time of the summary of the purchase.

5.2 Anomalies, damage or damaged packages

It is recommended that the Client, or the recipient of the Order, check the external condition of the package and the products at the time of delivery.

In case of anomaly related to the package (damaged package, open package, traces of liquid, etc.) or related to the requested product(s) (product(s) missing, damaged product(s), the Client must imperatively follow the corresponding procedure, among those described below (in articles 5.3 and 5.4 of these General Conditions of Sale), to the status of the Order Failure to follow the appropriate procedure will exclude the possibility of recourse against the carrier and against Ozolife. Otherwise, the Customer may not demand a refund or replacement of the affected products.

5.3 Obligatory procedures in case of damaged package

• In the event of an incident verified in the presence of the transport company:

- Refuse the delivery and state the incident clearly and in detail.

- Indicate the reason for the rejection of the delivery in the Ozolife Customer Service

• In case of incidents verified without the presence of the transport company:

- Report the anomaly to Ozolife Customer Service through the following means:

The notification of incidents and the formulation of claims must be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 3 business days from the delivery of the product

5.4 Mandatory procedures in case of missing or damaged product

The Customer must communicate the absence or degradation of the product to Ozolife Customer Service through the means specified in the previous section. The Ozolife Customer Service Department may request any information related to the identity of the Customer or recipient of the Order and proceed to as many verifications as necessary for the case.

5.5 Delivery times

Delivery times begin to count from the sending of the Order confirmation email, except for payments by bank transfer that would begin to count from the receipt of the transfer by Ozolife and will be those communicated to the buyer before making and confirming the purchase.

In the event that delivery times are exceeded for any reason other than force majeure, the Customer will have the possibility to cancel their Order.

For international destinations, a single delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient is absent, a notification will be left with the information of the office where the shipment must be picked up, if within 7 days the recipient has not gone through the office to pick up the shipment or the address is incorrect or incomplete. will be returned to the origin. 6.1. Right and legal withdrawal period:

In accordance with the applicable regulations, the Client has a period of FOURTEEN (14) days, from the date of receipt of the Order, to exercise his legal right to withdrawal without being obliged to justify their decision.

6.1.2. Products excluded from the legal right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the legal right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the case of Orders relating to:

- The supply of items that have been unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

- The supply of fresh products for immediate consumption

Consequently, the Client is warned of the fact that he will not be able to assert his legal right of withdrawal with respect to items unsealed by the Client whose marketing by Ozolife entails risks for reasons of hygiene or consumer health protection (eg: care products, consumer products, etc.).

6.1.3. Consequences of exercising the legal right of withdrawal

When the products are eligible for the legal right of withdrawal, the Client who exercises his right of withdrawal under the conditions provided in this article, both in relation to the term as well as the modalities of returning the products, you will be able to obtain a refund of the amount paid for the acquisition of the returned products. The refund of the amount paid must be made without further delay, and in any case, before FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from the date on which Ozolife was informed of the right of withdrawal by the Client.

6.1.4. Expenses

In accordance with the applicable regulations, the costs of returning the products will be borne by the Customer, except in the case of non-conformity of the products delivered with the Order ( in which case the return costs will be borne by Ozolife).

6.2. Right and deadlines for contractual withdrawal

In order to guarantee the satisfaction of the Customers of the Orders, Ozolife accepts the return, by post, of the products ordered on the Ozolife Website beyond the legal term mentioned in article 6.1.1, under the conditions established below (hereinafter, "contractual right of withdrawal").

6.2.1. Term for exercising the contractual right of withdrawal

The Customer has FIFTEEN (15) days from the date of receipt of the Order to return the Products.

6.2.2. Modalities for exercising the contractual right of withdrawal

The modalities for exercising the contractual right of withdrawal are those described in article 6.3 of these General Conditions of Sale.

6.2.3. Products excluded from the contractual right of withdrawal

The contractual right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the case of Orders provided for in section 6.1.3 of these General Conditions of Sale.

Consequently, the Client is warned of the fact that he will not be able to assert his contractual right of withdrawal with respect to items unsealed by the Client whose marketing by Ozolife would entail risks for reasons of hygiene or protection of consumer health (eg care products). On the other hand, the Customer may not assert their contractual right of withdrawal with respect to products that have been subject to personalization at the Customer's request. These provisions will be applied without prejudice to the guarantees established in article 7 of these General Conditions of Sale that remain applicable in their entirety.

6.2.4. Consequences of exercising the contractual right of withdrawal

When the products are eligible for the contractual right of withdrawal, the Client who exercises his right of withdrawal under the conditions provided in this article, both in terms and in modalities of returning the products, you can obtain at your choice:

- The replacement of returned products with other products marketed by Ozolife

- The reimbursement by Ozolife of the returned products, as well as the shipping costs of the Order.

6.2.5. Expenses

The costs of returning the products will be borne by the Customer except in the case of lack of conformity of the products delivered with the Order or in the case of damaged products.

6.3. Modalities for exercising the legal right of withdrawal and the contractual right of withdrawal

6.3.1. General provisions applicable to all return modalities

The products must be returned to Ozolife in an appropriate state for their commercialization (products in perfect condition, accompanied by their original packaging, accessories, leaflet, etc.) within a maximum period of FIFTEEN (15) days from the date of receipt. Returns of products that occur after said period will not be accepted.

The products must be accompanied by the Order number, it is the Client's responsibility to pack the products so that they arrive correctly at the Ozolife facilities.

In the event that the Client has benefited from a purchase offer on the Website, for which he is entitled, under certain conditions, to one or more products offered as a counterpart to your Order, and that as a consequence of your exercise of the right of withdrawal you lose the right to said offer; The Buyer must return, together with the products affected by the withdrawal, the offer product or products that he received as consideration for his Order so that Ozolife can take his withdrawal request into consideration.

The Customer's responsibility may be demanded in case of depreciation of the product as a result of handling it other than the handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and, in its case, good functioning of the products.

6.3.2. Return to the collection points of the transport company

In addition to the conditions established in article 6.3.1 of these General Conditions of Sale, the Buyer who wishes to exercise his right, whether legal or contractual, to withdrawal, returning a product by courier / parcel, you must respect the following instructions:

- Use the original packaging for the return of the affected product(s).

- Through the collection points indicated by the transport company.

Ozolife will not accept shipments by courier or parcel delivery.

In the event that the Client does not effectively demonstrate having insured the deposit of the product before the carrier or at the establishment, the risks associated with the return of the product will be borne by Client's account.

7. Data protection

Ozolife works to protect the personal data of its clients, guaranteeing a high level of security; however, the Customer must also participate in the protection of their personal data. Specifically, the Client must maintain the security of their online transactions, for example, by not disclosing their identifier (Customer's email address) and/or their password to anyone, and periodically changing the password. In this sense, Ozolife does not assume any responsibility for the disclosure of the data related to the Client to any person who makes use of the identifier (Customer's email address) and/or his password.

In this regard, the use of the Client's identifier (Customer's email address) and/or password will be proof of their identity and enforceability, at the time of validation of the Order, of the corresponding amounts.

Ozolife does not assume, in any case, any responsibility for the fraudulent use of this data. The communication of the bank card number and the final validation of the Order will serve as proof of acceptance of said Order and of the enforceability of the amounts committed for the reservation of the products that appear in the Order. The computer records, kept in the computer systems of Ozolife and its associates, will be considered proof of the communications, Orders and payments made between the Parties.
